Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Pricera (the "Service"), operated by Pricera ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Pricera monitors publicly accessible product pages you submit and notifies you of price and stock changes. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service, including which URLs you submit for tracking, complies with applicable law and any third-party terms of service governing those pages.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

• Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis in advance via Stripe or PayPal.
• Each account can use one 24-hour trial of a plan. Trials of Standard, Premium and Premium Plus are free; the VIP trial is a one-time payment of €2.99, charged when the trial starts — this is a single charge, not the start of a recurring subscription.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard's billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which may be added at checkout where required.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Track pages behind a login/paywall without authorization, or in violation of a website's published terms of service.
• Overwhelm or disrupt any third-party website (e.g., excessive request rates outside our built-in scheduling).
• Violate any applicable law, or infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or white-label the Service without our written consent.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

5. Data Accuracy

The Service relies on automated extraction of publicly displayed prices, which can be affected by website changes, layout updates, or access restrictions imposed by third-party sites. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any price or stock data, and the Service is provided for informational purposes only.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Pricera and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data you submit (such as product URLs and nicknames).

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, with notice where practicable.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pricera shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Pricera is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
